Dogtors Moose, Nessie, and Rooster like to practice self-care. Paws up for sharing their 20 self-care tips below. The Dogtors' and their handlers will be on campus this fall at a number of events. They will also be taking weekly walks where you can join them. Check below to see where you can meet the Dogtors and talk about self-care.

Upcoming Events on Campus

Let’s Talk at Spidle Hall: On the last Tuesday of every month, Dr. Jan Miller is available for brief consultations from 3:00-5:00 pm in room 244. No paperwork required; just come and talk.

Let’s Talk at Auburn Global: Every Thursday, Dr. Shu-Ching Wang is available for brief consultations by dropping into the Auburn Global offices in Foy Hall from 2:30-4:30 pm. *Must be an Auburn Global student.* No paperwork required; just come and talk.

Active Minds at Auburn University: The student organization for mental health advocacy and awareness is open for all interested students, faculty, and staff to join meetings every other Tuesday at 5:30 pm in the meeting room on the second floor of the Campus Recreation Building. Meet by the stairs next to the front desk.

National Alcohol Screening Day: Free, confidential screenings for alcohol-related concerns. Referral resources and assistance offered. Thursday, April 6; 10 am until 2 pm, Cary Hall

Get Movin’ with Moose: Join the Dogtors on the Haley Concourse in front of the Student Center Starbucks. Every Monday at 8:00 am and Thursday at 4 pm. Learn more here.

Lunchtime Walk with Dogtor Nessie: Each Tuesday and Thursday at 12 noon. Meet Nessie and her handler outside of the AU Medical Clinic in the parking lot area. Be prompt because Nessie is ready to roll.

Lunchtime Walk with Dogtor Rooster: Each Monday and Wednesday at 12 noon. Meet Rooster and his handler outside of Haley Center at the corner of Thach and Haley concourse.
